Will Medicare D save you money compared to online pharmacies?

A new report by Kaiser Medical says that 80% of patients enrolled in the Medicare D plan are happy with it, but....they aren't saving any money!

Excuse me for being confused but wasn't that the point of having the plan in the first place!
